One minute you’re having your 6th Stampede pancake breakfast, then it’s halfway through August and summer’s almost over. Let’s not mourn the last weeks of the season. Let’s enjoy them! Rock the Walk 2 is happening on Saturday from Noon til 5 p.m. along the beautiful Bow River in the East Village. Celebrate two years of Calgary’s spectacular urban promenade, the RiverWalk.

The FREE party will feature music from energetic local bands Hello Moth, Lauren Mann and the Fairly Odd Folk and Reuben Bullock and The Dark. Taste awesome food from some of YYC’s favorite Food Trucks and support more than 20 local artists and vendors from Market Collective.

Enjoy the urban summer on the Bow River at Rock the Walk 2 in the East Village, Saturday, August 18th between Noon and 5 p.m. Weither you bike, walk or even float down the Bow, you’ll find the RiverWalk pathway behind the Simmons Building, 5th Street and Confluence Way SE.
