Big Rock launched their latest brew last Thursday and was nice enough to invite me to take some pictures. Helles Bock, the latest in their Brewmaster’s Edition line, is a blonde lager only stronger…6.66% to be exact. The night, complete with it’s devilish theme featured music from Calgary’s own Cowpuncher, magic and fire-eating. The launch party also served as a preview for the Calgary Folk Fests new ‘Festival Hall’ in Inglewood. The venue is warm, intimate and acoustically beautiful. I’m really looking forward to seeing more live music there. Click more for all the pics.
