I tend to walk and skate down alleys quite often here in Calgary. I really don’t like seeing the single line graffiti that covers dumpsters and walls. I don’t see any art in scribbling your name all over town. Keep that to the sketchbooks.

Flowers, on the other hand, are just fine by me. I first took notice of these on a dumpster beside Kalamata Grocery, and have since started seeing them all over the place. Call it Urban Grassroots Beautification.
